Called at 5pm on a Thursday because I was locked out of my apartment. Didn't need an extra key or anything just needed someone to come open the door. I was referred to by my mom who does business with this company for a city housing group and she referred my aunt to them just a few days prior who paid only $99 for them to come out and give her a key. I was quoted $150 for “ after hour fees “ when it states they are open 24/7 and their “ office “ hours are until 4:30pm. When I asked why, “ it’s my time “ which I understand and respect. But that’s not okay. I honestly believe it’s just because I’m a younger women. Found OTW Locksmith who only charges $19 to come out and $35 to unlock AND give you a new key. Hopefully this helps someone and shame on you guys for taking advantage of women. Better luck next time.
